About Bottom Lounge
Bottom Lounge is an 18,000 square foot multi-purpose event facility conveniently located in Chicago’s bustling West Loop, moments away from downtown Chicago and easily accessible from two expressways. Walking distance from Restaurant Row, Union Park, and the United Center, it is ideally situated for your wedding event.
Upstairs at Bottom Lounge offers a sophisticated, creative, and versatile space with a cool, artistic feel. It boasts 5,000 square feet that can be configured in endless arrangements to suit your needs, a full bar and an adjacent 2,000 square foot rooftop deck that will leave a distinct impression no one will forget.

History
Built in 1927, we converted the second floor of this former industrial metal factory and taxi cab repair shop to a private event space in 2008.
Live Music
Downstairs is a bar, restaurant and 700 capacity live music venue, hosting close to 200 concerts per year.
5,000 sq. ft. Indoor Loft Space
Flexible space with exposed brick walls, complete with full bar & dance floor.
2,000 sq. ft. Outdoor Patio
Perfect space for city-view outdoor ceremony or cocktail reception.
250 person capacity
or 200 for seated reception.
Amenities
We have everything you might need on-site to make your event as seamless as possible. In addition to the indoor loft space and outdoor patio, every rental includes access to our in-house furniture and decor (candles, café lights, reclaimed wood farm tables & more), full kitchen and bar staff and on-site event planner. For photo ops, there’s a customizable chalkboard wall, hand painted mural from prolific Chicago graffiti artist Temper, and for an additional fee (*), a photo booth and collection of rare pinball machines that can be arranged as needed.
